In 2016, Anastasia Bloom decided to bring her decades of acquired experience to companies that are going through a transformational growth phase – the most exciting and challenging stage of business build out.
Since then AMB has taken on projects for privately owned businesses in different industries – the common denominator between them being a need for creative solutions to specific challenges. We work as an in-house team, sometimes bringing in trusted partners where we deem neccessary.
​Anastasia's career spans over 20 years in international investment banking, advising corporate clients on milestone corporate finance events including IPOs and M&A. She holds a Masters Degree in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Strategic CFO diploma from the London Business School. Throughout her career she has worked across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the USA for global institutions such as: JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse First Boston, and Arthur Andersen.
